Heather Greenleaf – Office Manager

Heather Greenleaf began her real estate career in Bentonville, Arkansas, earning her license just before relocating to the Outer Banks in 2019. Shortly after settling on the coast, she continued her professional journey by obtaining her North Carolina real estate license and joining the vibrant OBX real estate community.

With a natural passion for helping others succeed, Heather chose to apply her real estate expertise in a leadership and support role. She joined CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty as an Office Manager, where she plays an essential role in guiding and supporting the agents she works with.

In her role, Heather oversees the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly while fostering a positive, productive environment for both new and experienced agents. Her goal is simple: to be the person others can count on—whether they need direction, encouragement, or a problem solver ready to jump in.
