Stephanie Lane

Stephanie Lane is a true Outer Banks native, born and raised in the heart of the construction and real estate industry. Recently earning her broker’s license, Stephanie is ready to take her career to the next level.

From a young age, she gained hands-on experience working alongside her parents for over 20 years, building luxury oceanfront vacation rentals and west-side residential spec homes. Stephanie’s expertise spans the full building process—from land acquisition and construction loans to surveys, permits, and interior/exterior design selections. She is skilled in coordinating subcontractors, overseeing construction, conducting final inspections, and guiding buyers through closings. She also has experience working with vacation rental and wedding guests, as well as collaborating with rental management companies.

Stephanie previously operated her own beach rental setup service, Wave Watchers, where her passion for connecting with people and strong communication skills contributed to her success.
Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, friends, and her golden retriever, Lyla. Her favorite activities include beach outings, boating, offshore fishing, watching sunrises and sunsets, listening to live music, and maintaining a commitment to fitness and wellness.
